Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Part-Time-Maid.com or booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and the @bsolute Group of companies. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional part-time maid, spring cleaning, move-in/move-out, and elderly care services in Singapore. Please note:
- Our cleaners are strictly instructed to perform general domestic cleaning tasks.
- Tasks involving exterior window cleaning (in high-rise HDBs or condos without grilles), heavy lifting (over 10kg), or handling hazardous materials are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond standard domestic conditions.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We strive to offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs, subject to the following conditions:
- Bookings: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email.
- Rescheduling: Requests to change a cleaning schedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a late cancellation fee to compensate our staff for their blocked time.
4. Pricing & Payments
Our service rates are published on our Cleaning Rates page. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will always be honored at the agreed-upon rate. Payments must be made promptly upon completion of the service via PayNow, Bank Transfer, or cash, unless a monthly package has been pre-arranged.
5. Liability & Damages
While our cleaners are highly trained and handle your property with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. In the unlikely event of damage or breakage caused by our staff:
- The Client must report the incident to our management within 24 hours of the service completion.
- Our liability for any single incident is strictly limited to the cost of the specific cleaning session or a maximum capped amount as defined in your service contract.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items of high sentimental or unverified financial value.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning session, the Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Ensure all necessary cleaning equipment and non-hazardous solutions are available (unless the Client has booked an equipment-inclusive package).
- Secure all pets and safeguard any cash, jewelry, or highly valuable items prior to the cleaner’s arrival.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
